SG Design & Build provides design, construction, remodeling, renovation, and related consulting services. The specific scope of work will be detailed in a written estimate, proposal, or contract.

2. Estimates & Proposals

• All estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may vary based on material costs, site conditions, and client-requested changes.

• Any changes outside of the original scope must be documented and approved through a Change Order, which may affect cost and timeline.

3. Payments

• A deposit is required before scheduling work. The remaining balance is due as outlined in the estimate or contract.

• Payments may be made by check, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

• Late payments may result in project delays and additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the project site.

• Ensure utilities (water, electric, HVAC, etc.) are available as needed for work.

• Approve or respond to selections, changes, and communications in a timely manner.

5. Scheduling & Delays

• Project timelines are estimates and may shift due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen conditions.

• SG Design & Build will communicate any delays promptly.

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of its control.

6. Warranties

• SG Design & Build provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on most completed work unless otherwise stated.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and products supplied by the company.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or work modified by other parties after completion.

7. Liability

• SG Design & Build maintains appropriate licenses and insurance for construction work in Tennessee.

• The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the scope of the written contract.

• Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits unless explicitly included in the contract.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt its operation. Content on the site is for informational purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of work completed, materials ordered, and applicable fees up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

Financing & Payment Options

SG Design & Build partners with LTDB Funding to provide financing solutions for clients.

• Financing may cover all or part of your project costs, subject to lender approval.

• All financing agreements are between the client and the lending partner. SG Design & Build is not responsible for financing approval or lender terms.

• Clients who choose financing are still bound by these Terms and responsible for payment under the financing agreement.

• If financing is not approved, the client remains responsible for payment of services as outlined in the contract.
